Penelope Sai Sings 007 in Collaboration with The Darnel Collection Designer unknown, America, 1980s Photography: Brigitte Grant Photography A View to a Kill is the 14th spy film of the Bond series, and the last to star Roger Moore as 007. Although the title is adapted from Ian Fleming's short story "From a View to a Kill", the film has an entirely original screenplay. This film’s bad guy is Max Zorin (Christopher Walken), the head of Zorin Industries. Agent 007 faces off against him and his Amazonian bodyguard, May Day (Grace Jones), who plan mass destruction to eliminate the competition in Silicone Valley to gain a monopoly in manufacturing microchips. This song, originally performed by Duran Duran has been totally re-imagined on this recording- sped up with an Afro-Cuban rhythm with a chorus that swings like mad! This stunning 80’s gown would look insane on May Day as she slips out of her leathers and slinks into the night… Great choice Charlotte! |
